I'm a bit busy with writing my RUET entry as well as being my normal lazy self, but I happen to have a little rainy-day content ready. A number of these are going to grow obscure pretty soon, so I figured now would be a good time to use them up. It works very simply: On the left side there is a limerick which describes a webcomic; On the left is the answer (highlight to read or clicky if you prefer Javascript+CSS) and a link. Are my clues enough to guess from?
Between partners, sparks started to fly,
And the collaboration started to die,
The old strips we lack,
But comic's now back,
But for now it's another blue sky.
Aozora: Into Imagination was a webcomic created by Whyme Studios as a partnership along with the webcomic Eternal Juxtaposition (and others). This broke apart due to some comments that went between them. Aozora is back at a new URL, but is now subtitled Another Blue Sky. This one is becoming dated since the old comics are being uploaded to the author's VCL gallery. The Comic
Like a phoenix Drunk Duck is back,
Some comics did not even pack,
1000 strong,
A story quite long,
Large archives for you to attack.
Elijah and Azuu is the only comics I know that fits this, but DD may host/have hosted other comics with such large archives. When DD when down, it never moved to another host, but instead started reloading the archives once DD came back. The Comic
Torturous pictures you will see,
(And I mean that quite literally)
With feline Friday,
And updates every day,
An interesting comic it will be.
FyI is a webcomic where the main character is a anthropomorphic cat named Friday and currently it updates daily (though the author has said it will have to go sporadic with her new job). The author's non-comic art is primarily NSFW furry female torture drawings. Had to use this one, the comic is no longer daily which ruins the rhyme. The Comic
It started out quite undefined,
Now it has changed, you will find,
That comic's done,
So now he's begun,
A journal with some comics entwined.
1/0 (one over zero) was an experimental webcomic by Tailsteak. Now Tailsteak is writing a few story lines sporadically as well as a journal-like website. He also has a good recipe for noodle bites. The New Stuff and
The Old Comic
The relationships are so complicated.
Everyone is somehow related!
What caused this mess?
And all this excess?
Just a wolf and a rabbit were mated.
Kevin & Kell began with a simple premise: a rabbit married to a wolf. As the story progressed, nearly every character could be somehow added to the family tree (for example, Kevin's sister is dating Kevin's son's girlfriend's dad). The Comic
What you expect more? I have about another 15, but I'm not going to blow all my emergency content at once. And if you cheated it's your own fault they didn't last long enough!
